We have a vacancy this September for a Business Administration Apprentice. As a Business Administration Apprentice you’ll be provided with an excellent start to your career, working in a busy, friendly and supportive team and assisting in all of the work we do, in particular the provision of customer service to our students, parents and staff. All of this will enable you to complete your apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
Day to day activities will include but are not limited to:
Front of house/reception
Answering the phone and directing calls
Delivering the ethos of the school
Dealing with all parents / visitors effectively and politely
General office support
Handling incoming and outgoing post (including signing for packages)
Preparing materials as appropriate for teaching staff
Behave positively, diplomatically and tactfully with clients ensuring that the individuals’ impressions of the school are maintained or heightened.
