  • Pastoral Manager (Non-Teaching)
    Salary:  £16,777 (£20,138 FTE)

    Starting in September, you will be working 37 hours per week during term time to support the Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) in providing the excellent pastoral care for which Henley in Arden School is renowned.

    Salary:  £11,433 p.a. (£16,491FTE)

    To join us in September and work 30 hours per week 39 weeks p.a.

    Join our dynamic science team providing technical support to teaching staff in the school laboratories, classrooms and preparation areas. You will ensure the provision of high quality and timely services to support the delivery of the curriculum, assisting in ensuring that all Health and Safety legislation and policies are adhered to.

  • Examination Officer
    Salary: £17,218 p.a. (£20,138 FTE)

    Join us at the start of a new academic year in September and work 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year term time and includes results week in August.

    This is a pivotal role in the school where you will be responsible for managing every aspect of all public and internal examinations for the school. Organisation and thoroughness are key aspects of this role. Previous experience an advantage.

  • Finance Assistant
    Salary:  £17,504 p.a. (£20,138 FTE)

    Starting in November 2017 and working 35 hours for 41 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks in the summer holiday).

    Working in our busy finance office supporting the Finance Manager. You will ensure that the school’s financial operations continue to operate smoothly and seamlessly. Bringing fine attention to detail and good knowledge of Sage; you will fit in well.

  • Business Administration Apprentice

We have a vacancy this September for a Business Administration Apprentice. As a Business Administration Apprentice you’ll be provided with an excellent start to your career, working in a busy, friendly and supportive team and assisting in all of the work we do, in particular the provision of customer service to our students, parents and staff. All of this will enable you to complete your apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.

Day to day activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Front of house/reception
  • Photocopying/reprographics
  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Delivering the ethos of the school
  • Dealing with all parents / visitors effectively and politely
  • General office support
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post (including signing for packages)
  • Preparing materials as appropriate for teaching staff
  • Behave positively, diplomatically and tactfully with clients ensuring that the individuals’ impressions of the school are maintained or heightened.
