Mr Lowdon studied History at Manchester Metropolitan University and completed his teacher training as a PE specialist through Bishop Grosseteste University College Lincoln and their Graduate Teacher Programme.
Previously, Mr Lowdon worked as an Assistant Principal, responsible for Behaviour and Pastoral care and also has experience as Assistant Director of Sport and as a Head of Physical Education.
Prior to teaching, Mr Lowdon played Rugby at a professional and semi-professional level in the UK and South Africa.
